Pokemon for Japan

I'm aware that asking gamers to donate is probably a daft idea, however nothing would happen if no-one did anything.

Right, well.

Some first years at my university are livestreaming and marathoning 4 generations of pokemon games over 4 days. Donating, appart from the obvious, means you can set down some rules for them to play by such as "magikarp isn't allowed to evolve til lvl40" or "the next thing you catch shall be called "blank" and also what pokemon should be in their team, or what skills they should teach them.

So far they've rasied about 1115 / $1,800 (approx)

(all funds to the Japan tsunami Red Cross)
